S-Pain is in big troubles. Not only with the Eurogroup or with saying the word “Bailout”. Economy is very important. Through months and years Spanish system has become unsustainable because of its dependency on bricks and tourism. With the fiscal spoliation of Balearic Islands or Catalonia the fiscal balances were compensated in the core of the state, in Madrid. This situation configured a paradox, where Basques had an industrial participation in GDP on 25%. Germany is on 22%. Spain is on 15%. To explain the spoliation it has to be said that for 100 Euro given in taxes, returned to Balearic Islands 53 only. In Catalan case they were 68 Euro. One of the most powerful motors of the Spanish state, Catalonia, had to see more than 15 billions of Euro every year leave Catalonia for never return home. But this is the surface, the background is Human Rights.

Jose Manuel Castelao, former Member of the Parliament and promoted to the presidency of a emigrant committee in Labour Ministry of Spain said honestly that laws, as women, were there to be raped. That is the respect for self law. It becomes true because through years it has been told in Spanish establishment that the constitution was sacred, but as Europe required constitutional change on debt rates, in august 2011, even with a law in force about the same matter, Spanish parliament run to change, without study, debate or public consultant with de people, an article of that sacred constitution. Street is unhappy with the Spanish establishment. Its curious the effort to repress the people. 25-S protesters were told to be repressed because they, supposedly, tried to demolish Spanish institutions. So that Spanish government’s idea was to curtail the right to strike and to demonstrate. Democratic again. But it has to be specified that October 12 is close to appear in the calendar. Pro Spanish demonstrations are allowed and promoted around the Spanish right and far right movements and political party. It is not casual. In Basque Country and Galicia there are elections in course. October 21 will be the centre of a democratic victory for their correspondent society. So, ¿why will they have to manifest what in front of the Basque National Party headquarters in October 12? ¿will they be searching for confrontation? ¿why Spanish government is so hard with the demonstrators against the austerity policies and gives full permision to Falange (spanish nazis) and other far right movements in the heart of a political campaign? This and other questions had to be answered by Spanish government. Because they appear to be hard with democrats and democratic movements and soft with criminals and rioters.
